We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and super convenient. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The place was well-stocked and had everything we could possibly need, which made it feel like a home away from home. And the hot tub was incredible!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly communicative, friendly, and made everything so easy from start to finish. Their home was comfortable, spotless, and truly relaxing… it was a great little getaway.
The hot tub was amazing and the perfect way to unwind after a day out exploring. We loved that we could easily eat in when we wanted to and also head out for food and drinks nearby. There are so many great breweries and wineries in the area, and we had a blast checking several of them out!
We also visited the bay while it was slowly defrosting and got some absolutely beautiful pictures — such a cool experience.
5 stars all the way. We would absolutely recommend staying here, and the hosts were truly wonderful. We’d love to come back in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a quiet and relaxing time at Xavier's lovely home. We were celebrating our anniversary and needed an adult getaway. We loved the hot tub that was enclosed for privacy and the pool table in the gaming shed. The living room with the big screen TV was great for snuggling on the couch and watching movies together. Every room was clean and tidy! There were plenty of towels in the laundry room, coffee for our mornings and plenty of dishes for our meals. Local eateries were close by, as is scenic and historic Cape May. We would definitely recommend for couples or families!

We were looking for an affordable dog friendly last minute holiday getaway and Xavier’s place checked all of the boxes. The living room was very comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, the game room was fun and the yard had enough space for the dogs to safely run around. We hardly needed to leave for anything and just enjoyed the space. Villas is a lovely spot for those looking for a comfortable place to stay, close to the water and to downtown Cape May if you want it, but outside of the busyness if you don’t want that.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time at Xavier and Julybell's peaceful abode! It is immaculately taken care of, so charming, and feels like home right away! We will definitely be coming back! ❤️

We had a fantastic experience staying at Casa Del Mar. The house was pristine clean, the air conditioning worked great, and every TV was ready to go with Netflix etc.. We also loved being able to use the BBQ in the backyard. Our dog also loved running around the backyard. For 3 days we felt like it was a home away from home.
The location is perfect. The neighborhood felt safe, and a short drive to many great beaches and activities down in Cape May. Xavier and Julybell are excellent hosts, always responsive and accommodating. Overall this is a great place stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were great, friendly and accurate. We had no trouble finding the place and everything was accurate to the description. The hosts were very communicative and provide additional details about the area to help make the trip feel like home.

this home was exactly what we needed. it's close enough to everything but in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe.
a short 20 minute walk and you're at the beach. we loved it. Xavier is great and communication was easy.
we would definitely come back.
